I knew the very moment contact was made that it wasn’t good. What you couldn’t hear in this video (but I did at the time, and again through my headset here) is the actual crack/popping sound of my nose and skull breaking - Yes, my nose and skull did actually fracture and break. There was momentary darkness. I saw stars. And then, I got back up and did the scene again. It was a little bit of a scare, I have to admit. When you’re fighting and doing stunts, it’s important to understand and be aware that things can happen. Always prepare for the worst and hope for the best. And, as the saying goes: If you fall seven times, stand up eight. Working on this show was a dream come true for me, and I am honored to have been able to join this incredible, z-whacking family. I have nothing but love and respect for the cast and crew. •
