My teammate @shaylamoore_ found a Korean Spa for us to go and do recovery after training yesterday. The spa had contrast, infrared, steam rooms, and about 9 saunas. It was such an incredible experience. I loved it! It’s open 24 hours so you can even sleep there! Some of the saunas are not crazy hot so naturally my first instinct was to do a handstand. ? I can’t wait to go back!
