Buenas noticias ? Leí por @ナショナルジオグラフィック que el gobierno chino por la presión internacional de grupos ambientales, declaró temporalmente la prohibición de uso de cuerno de rinocerontes y hueso de tigre, pero debemos mantener la presión para asegurarnos de que la prohibición se mantenga en su lugar.
Tenemos que seguir ejerciendo fuerza para cambiar esa decisión de “temporalmente” a “permanentemente”... Por otro lado, tenemos que seguir creando consciencia ya que el rinoceronte está en peligro de extinción.

The Chinese government, bowing to international pressure from environmental groups, stated it would temporarily reinstate a ban on the use of rhino horn and tiger bone. Tiger parts were taken off the approved list of medicines more than two decades ago. Rhino horn has no medicinal value; it's made of keratin, - like our hair or fingernails.
Chinese medicine consists primarily of herbal remedies; a small but very lucrative market exists for rhino horn and tiger bone and parts of other endangered species. Tiger parts are used by the wealthy as status symbols, such as tiger skin furniture or tiger bone wine.
China breeds tigers in farms, a practice that has to stop to save wild tigers. India is the home of the largest population of tigers like the one above, but Indians typically do not use tiger products. Check out @wildlifeprotectionsocietyofindia @eiaenvironment @WildAid @IFAW @africanparksnetwork
