Ice-cream sandwiches Sicilian style with berries, nuts & melted chocolate....what can I say, it's an absolute treat!! Mastering a soft, spongy, delicate brioche bun is a good skill to have up your sleeve, and of course, if you take out the sugar you have the most delicious buns for sandwich or burgers.
