Mount Everest ? I never thought I would lay my eyes on this sacred peak. ? ✌️ #nepal Left Kathmandu and flew in a helicopter (A-Star) to 18,500 ft to get a closer view just before this. Never been that high in an unpressurized aircraft. You can definitely feel the altitude ? also landed at the famous Lukla airport that I’ve seen a bunch of times in Documentaries about Everest. What a surreal day. I chatted with some trackers at this spot and they told me that it took them 3 days to walk from Lukla airport to this spot. For us, about 6 minutes. ? ? felt a little spoiled but mostly just really fucking grateful. ?❤️✌️Everest is the peak over my right shoulder in the distance with the snow being blown directly off its peak.
