There are only 47 days left in 2018! And I want to finish this year at my strongest!?? This year has been a love/hate relationship with the gym! This video was taken a few months back at @vitru_la with my trainer Aiden! At this time I was going to the gym a lot! But once I started filming a new show I didn’t have the same amount of time and energy to go to the gym. I was hard core SLACKING! And once the gym was out..so was my diet ? I started going backwards super fast but the good thing is, when you slip up...you can start again! And that’s what I’ve been doing for the last month and a half! I’ve been going to the gym every day and eating super clean! I’m getting closer and closer every day to where I want to be! I want to finish 2018 as strong as possible!
