I’ve spent 19 years of my life living in Southern California and I’ll always have an attachment to one of the most beautiful states in America with so many beautiful sites and so much amazing wildlife! This right here breaks my heart to see. We always had fires and it would never cease to shock me driving thru a freshly scorched area. But this right here-seeing people fleeing right thru the belly of the beast-driving thru flames- is just so scary and shocking to see. Imagine the fear of these people speeding outta the flames not knowing what’s in from of them and not sure if they’re even driving the right way! Thank God these people made it out ok. Sadly about 49 others did not. RIP to the victims and so much respect and props to the firefighters AND to the prisoners who have volunteered for $1/day to help out the fires out. I’m sure they are beyond exhausted and we so appreciate them all!
