It’s been a whirlwind weekend with @freesolofilm - we attended the Critics Choice Awards in NYC (and won 3!). Though the highlight for me was probably chatting with @billnye (he’s a climber! Who knew?!). And on Sunday we attended a screening in LA that included a chat with @thetimmcgraw about his song Gravity which closes the film. Unsurprisingly, he was incredibly articulate and well spoken about the emotion that he was trying to convey with the song. I also really enjoyed meeting the makers of the documentary Science Fair. I just had the pleasure of watching the film and it was so, so inspiring. Made me wish I’d finished my education.... I’d strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a movie. So great. All in all it was a very inspiring weekend.
