?Oblique Roll Back - Lean back, extend your arms parallel to the floor and twist your torso. Repeat 5 times on each side.
?Criss Cross- Lie on your back in neutral spine, rotate your upper body while pulling in opposite knee, one at a time. Repeat 8-10 times.
?Side Bend - Reach your arm overhead in a “T” position, lift your ribcage toward the ceiling, and bring your arm overhead. Repeat 3-5 times per side.
