We’re just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year. Pretty much sums up old boy Jake and I. Almost 16 years ago, I found him in Edmonton. He was insane from minute one. Like INSANE. Ask anyone that has met him. Everyone told me to give him away but where would he go? I was stuck with him and his wild ways. I moved him to Toronto and then down to LA. He was always so casual about the big transitions but he did spend a lot of time staring out the window at the changing landscape. After my first drive down the PCH and seeing how incredibly beautiful California is, I thought about how sad it is that my angry old catman will never see it.... so my best friend and I rented an RV and took Jake and his weirdo blind brother on an epic adventure to the ocean and the forests and the vineyards and everywhere in between. He was just as happy cuddled up on the open road as he was rolling around in the ocean sand. So thank you Jake for accepting me and my weird wild ways. You’re stuck with me too. And yes I have an Instagram for him because I am THAT kinda crazy @havecatzwilltravel ???
