One year ago, we were getting ready to open our very first shop and restaurant on the West Coast. And this weekend from today-Sunday, as we celebrate our very 1st birthday, we’re filling our pastry case with 11 different religieuses (double-decker cream puffs) from our NYC, London, Tokyo, and LA bakeries over the years. So proud of this team and all of the hard work and dedication that they put in day in and day out. LA, thank you for welcoming us with open arms and for visiting from all around the world.
