I had posted this on my FB page a few days ago, but it feels incredibly important today. After Pittsburgh, homegrown terrorism in the form of mail bombs, today’s shooting here in Thousand Oaks, and just all of the craziness of the world... it feels like too much. Some days, it just feels like too much. But I remind myself that today, I just have to love. Love those who are broken, those who are scared, those I don’t know and those that I do. Including myself. As so many of us feel overwhelmed by grief and pain, remember to be kind to yourself. There is enough fear in the world, so spread love. I’m sending out love and hope today in any way that I can. I hope you will too.
