Another shooting ?20 min from where I grew up. I still have family that lives in Thousand Oaks. It sure feels close to home. We need help... as a country, as individuals. This just breaks my heart and is so horrifying. We must heal, we are not born with this sort of hatred we are taught it. This can’t keep happening, as much as gun control is a problem the real problem is mental and emotional support. We need to acknowledge and give attention to our deep pain and our illnesses. I’m feeling so much pain and sadness today for those families all over the world that have lost to these mass shootings. It’s just so unfair. We have to wake up and start showing up for ourselves and all of those around us. ?
