ANZEIGE/ Final stretch 💪🏼 off to #trainlikeanangel because it’s almost showtime 🤩 In case you guys were wondering .. unfortunately I did not achieve my VSFS goal this year since I started to get issues with my knee using the jump rope too much.. (goal was to jump 3 mins) so I decided to let go of it and focus on other things that made me stronger and got me ready for the show .. it’s important to stay focused (even tho you might not achieve the smaller goals you set for yourself on the way) Don’t let that stop you from where you want to go ❤️ // thanks @steveuria for that killer ab workout and for being so supportive
