Today was Grandad’s 96th birthday! ?! Here are four generations of Pentland, the oldest and youngest in one shot. My Grandad is a good egg. He has loved his wife, Gma Peggy, over 70 years, never been unemployed (he’s very proud of this), chaired committees, driven his caravan to the south of France every summer, led and supported our whole family and has a quick dry wit that’ll get you! He’s promised me when he dies (which we’ve agreed won’t be for a while because I’m keeping his card from the Queen), he won’t haunt me and he’ll give me a solid 50p in his will. That’ll do me ☺️. Happy Birthday Gdad!!! ??❤️ Please feel free to wish him Happy Birthday (please share where you’re from too), I’ll tell him however many hundred people from round the world sent well wishes and he’ll be amazed!! ????
