This past week in Texas visiting both of our families has been really sweet. Unplugging from everything has allowed me to just bond with my baby and husband on a deeper level and we are so in love with each other! ? Teeny has opened my eyes to the blessing of being her mom. When she’s unfamiliar with her surroundings I’m the first person she reaches for in the room and it makes me feel so special. ? On the other side of that is the heartbreak of leaving her tomorrow for a work trip (here comes the lump in my throat feeling again). I said my goodbyes to teeny tonight as I handed her off to her amazing Nana and it was so hard not bursting into tears! Even though it’s only for a week that I’ll be gone (feels like forever tho!) she’s become more than just my baby... she’s my best friend. One day she will know that everything I’m doing right now is for my teeny ❤️ I’m grateful for my husband who holds my hand when I’m sad and when I miss teeny 2 minutes after leaving her and reminds me that absence makes the heart grow fonder ? #brbteeny #yesimcrying #momlife #lovethemsomuch
