Pull ups are funny! One day you can do 3 another day you can’t even hold yourself ? I achieved my goal though! I can do a pull up without any impulse from the floor ( I filmed this today and was a little tired and was struggling a little! But still proud I did it) , and on the second video you can see me doing 3 pull ups in a row with a little impulse in btw! This challenge has been exciting and hard, I feel strong and I’m proud of myself for being able to get this done ???? now my goal is to just keep being able to do more and more!
