Do small things that make you feel good. I don’t know why but putting a flower in my hair makes me feel pretty. Reading affirmations in the morning helpS my confidence through out the day. Reminding myself no one has the control to make me feel a way keeps me on the up and up.

If you open your eyes in the morning and grab your phone your putting yourself in a space being open to other peoples problems. If you decide to wear sweats and a ponytail all day your confidence in yourself will grow downward. If you don’t feed your brain positive words the negative will cloud you.
