Celebrating my parents anniversary tonight and so happy I got to be a part of this special occasion! Not to be long winded so I’ll do the short version! Since my mom and dad split up when I was to young to remember it’s always been my mom and my grandparents to raise me. They all rose to the occasion day in and day out especially my mom. For years I watched my mom date and every time get her heart broken and I had to watch from the sidelines and couldn’t do anything! Then 17 years ago my mom met my stepdad tony and weirdly enough met me as well on there first date. That’s a story in itself so will skip that part and fast forward to here and now. I’ve never seen my mom so happy day in and day out for so long and after a few years of adjusting for me to the new man in my life I only referred to him as tony. Now for the past years I proudly call him dad cause he has become the male rock in my life I was missing and I’m forever grateful for you dad. I’m so happy for you both and love you both to the moon and back and I’m so grateful and happy you both found each other! I love you and happy anniversary and here’s to many countless more anniversaries!
