It may have been a grey and miserable day, but doing Pilates high up above the city this morning gave me my own little bit of sunshine. There‘s something quite therapeutic about hearing raindrops on windows. Thank you to Lauren @pilatesintheclouds for teaching a beautiful class this morning. Have you ever tried Pilates?
