A woman who worked as a paralegal with Robert Mueller in the 1970s said someone offered to pay her if she accused Mueller of sexual misconduct and workplace harassment.

The woman said a man named Bill Christensen knew exactly how much credit card debt she had and was willing to orchestrate paying off $34,000 — in addition to writing her a check for $20,000 if she made allegations.

She said Christensen also offered her another $10,000 bonus from his client, Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman.
