Some Krieg build pictures. (Full costume over @borderlands today!) The mask is foam over Worbla and it's actually a helmet that just sits on his head leaving pleanty of room for whiskers. The Arm is shaped craft foam glued to a strip. Then that strip is adhered to a sleeve that slips right on.
