Hey! So that’s me, as a chubby little kid sat on my dads shoulders with no cares or worries in the world. 17 years later, my worries were 100% real and my family life was ripped apart when my dad died suddenly from a heart attack. He was just 52.
I spent Yesterday afternoon with a charity I’ve recently started working with called @griefencounter They provide professional support to bereaved children & young people in the UK providing 8000 counselling sessions alone in the last year! To anyone who has lost a loved one & is struggling to cope please check out our charity. Parents and children all need help in grieving and no one is alone. The sad fact is, every single human being will lose someone they love. We have a lot of events planned with the charity next year & im so honoured to be taking part! One of them may involve the toughest challenge of my life and involve a stupidly big mountain, but more of that in the new year ??
