@lagosphotofestival 2018 ? The Festival will take place in Lagos, Nigeria from October 27th to November 15th ? A month long programme of events which includes exhibitions, workshops, artist presentations, discussions, screenings ? “Time has gone” is LagosPhoto Festival 2018 theme. For this 9th edition of the annual photography event, which takes place in Lagos, Nigeria, a local saying has been chosen to summarize a clear vision of the direction we should move forward, not only in the art world but in general.
“Time has gone” is a Nigerian slang to express urgency, the need to operate change, that there is no more time to waste but the need to take immediate decisions for the future.
Founded and directed by @azubogu this year’s edition of the festival will be curated by four women: #ValentineUmansky #CharlotteLanghorst #WunikaMukan #EvaBaroisDeCaevel ✨
