Another Japanese #hiddengem ??‍♀️ Ancient fortress ruins in Japan’s #Wakayama where you will feel like you just left Japan and stepped into another world. These ruins can be found on #Tomogashima island. The access is kinda meh but if you time things right (check the ferry schedules!) you will have a fabulous time here. Veeeery few people end up visiting this beautiful spot. Among those who do, there are often professional photographers and their models, since this place has an otherworldly feeling and great lighting and therefore enables taking fantastic pictures. I obviously failed in taking a really good one ? but still thankful to my husband who was kind enough to take a few pics of me...so this is one of them :) ?
Be careful of little teeny tiny bugs dangling from the trees in the forests and spiders inside the ruin caves when you visit ?? ! Other than that, enjoy your time on this island which will make you feel like #laracroft or #indianajones! ?
