I'm being asked a lot about my diet so I thought I'd share my favs every once in a while.. Today is Shakshuka. One of my favorite Israeli dishes.. Super healthy and most importantly DELICIOUS. Garlic, onion, peppers, chilli, tomatoes, eggs.. And lots of olive oil.. Simple,fresh and just perfect breakfast.. 😋
