Grocery shopping is LIFE... . Well literally. It part of our weekly life. There’s Fancy new apps that do it for you but there nothing like the experience of roaming those aisles one by one ( sometimes when I do the grocery shopping all alone I secretly take extra long slow strolls up and down every single aisle just daydreaming, breathing, and using that as my me time). But, going with the kiddos can be fun and completely chaotic. Hey, I hand it to brands across the food space board because they’ve done a great ?? job at marketing. The power of the package. I find myself ( been without kiddos by my side) getting super excited when brands like @oreo comes up with a new flavor aka apple ? pie filling = delish! Who could resist that?!? . But, between your kiddos excitement and your want to keep them on a well balanced and nutritional diet ( within moderation. Cause life without moderation just plain sucks ( sorry my inner 5 year old just came out)), how do you find that balance? I suppose, one answer is do do the basic market list without the kiddos and to just being them along when you want to let them pick some fun treats for desserts or lunches. . But, I do love seeing the joy on those little faces as they discover new products, and my littles are starting to read the boxes ( great practice) , and giving them the option of choice. I like telling them to scan the vegetable aisle and pick something they’ve never had before and let’s make it or find the pretties and most delicious fruits you can and let’s think of an outside the box healthy dessert to make with it. The possibilities are endless, just like the products and produce at markets! . What’s your trick for taking the kiddos to the market and splitting the difference between what they want and what you know they need? Let me know in comments below... . #marketsknowhowtomarket #groceryshopping #life #beaudoesralphs #produce #everythinginmoderation . . ? and marketing by @imdeanmcdermott
