In all honesty, since returning from our latest trip, I’ve found myself in a bit of a creative rut. It happens to me about every other time that we travel, and I’m slowly learning how to combat the feeling. I think I just find myself so inspired by new locations and experiences, and when I find myself back home in LA, I feel like the wind has been let out of my sails. I took a bit of a break, and allowed myself to just reset. And then, over the weekend I found myself wanting to create again. Moodboards, location ideas, shoots I’d like to plan, and stories I want to tell. It all came rushing back when I gave myself the room to just stop for a little. I feel more like myself today.
