Woke up this morning just a few miles from the Mexican border, pumped to start our Baja adventure this afternoon. Plenty of long dirt roads ahead, crystal clear water, and our fill of tacos. But mostly I’m using this quiet time this morning to check in with myself and body. It’s easy to rush into the day and get work done but what I really need is to be slow and present...and feed Maddie. She never lets me forget that ✨
