My Grilled Broccoli with Roasted Bell Tomato Sauce⠀

Ingredients:⠀
?Bunch - broccolini⠀
?Extra virgin olive oil⠀
?Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper⠀

Sauce ingredients:⠀
?1 - bell pepper⠀
?1 -cup - sun dried tomatoes⠀
?3 tbsp - red wine vinegar⠀
?1/2 cup - extra virgin olive oil⠀
?1 tbsp - ketchup seasoning⠀
?1 teaspoon - Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper⠀

Directions:⠀
?Roast bell pepper in oven with broiler on, or over open flame (carefully with tongs)⠀
?Boil 1/2 cup water , add sun dried tomatoes, than turn off and let sit for 5 minutes.⠀
?In a food processor or blender add: roasted bell pepper,sun dried tomatoes(and liquid), vinegar,Flavorgod ketchup, Flavorgod S&P and olive oil.⠀
Blend till smooth consistency.⠀
?Next ,Toss broccolini with olive oil and Flavorgod S&P.⠀
?Grill Broccolini or pan sear if in side.⠀
?Next plate grilled broccolini over sauce.⠀
Garnish with Flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and micro greens.⠀
