Learning how to harvest chickens in an honorable way has been on my bucket list for a long time. Brings me back to my childhood and the many times spent with my Dad hunting in the argentine countryside. We’d clean his bounty and my mom would cook the meat and serve it for special occasions.
I fervently believe that being part of the cycle of life and death of the animals we eat is a crucial step towards reducing reckless animal protein consuming and inhumane farming.
