?I’ve told you all about my sexy compression stockings? - I wear them every single time I fly to prevent blood clots because at a young age I started getting large clusters of thread veins.
Luckily I got my vein health checked and found out I had very weak vein walls that were struggling to push back up fluid and blood. So it made sense why I would get swollen sore legs towards the end of the day and feel like I almost couldn’t walk after long flights.
I’m not promoting a product or procedure I’m just sharing with you all something personal - no one is perfect, and maybe me sharing this can help someone who has been feeling the same way.
(I gotta keep these badboys on so will take pics or a video soon to show you what it looks like)
Or it just hopefully reminds you that even though your health and your body is your business I want to try and share as much of my health journey with you all as I have chosen to make it my priority to look after it as best I can whilst living a happy, fulfilled life.
