#tbt I launched IMAN Home Fabric Collection at NY Fashion Week on September 2010. It is an elegant, exotic fabric collection inspired by global culture, (such as Africa, India & the Far East) contemporary design and my Somali heritage. I celebrated the launch by teaming up design consultant @casamota to design the VIP Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge at NYFW. The star was my fabric collection as well as worldly elements like African stools & fashion photographs by @ブルース・ウェーバー and @invezandvinoodh and of course art work by my husband David.
