A few night ago I got to attend an incredible evening celebrating outstanding women in the film Industry. Women who have not taken no for an answer, women who have pushed back and pushed through and fought to make a difference for other women struggling to be seen and be heard. It was truly an inspiring night and it has really got me thinking (see... here I am in this photo ... really thinking !!!) about what I can do to make better choices, make braver choices and fight for all women and all voices in our business.
