My phone was stolen tonight. I was playing billiards with my friends and suddenly it was gone. I was devastated, not knowing whether I had backed up all the pictures of my son and everything that has happened the last couple of months. I tried to “find my iPhone” and found it in a parking garage outside Stockholm. Called the police, told them I was going there, they told me not to. Took a taxi anyway. Called the police again, said I needed backup. They said yes. Found the thief outside an apartment building, walked up to him and said I wanted my phone back. He ran. Police arrived. Dogs and all. Took it seriously. Found that he had thrown the phone in a bush. Found out his name. His address. Everything. Gave me back my phone. Were beyond pleasant. I’m so grateful. They didn’t want to show their faces in this picture because they get harassed in private if they do. Awful. Again, I’m so thankful for everything you did tonight and I know it seemed like a ridiculous thing but for me it really mattered. Thank you @polisen_vallingby !!
