Basics. Feeling a strong need for grounding into my basic needs right now; drinking lots of water, moving my body, breathing fresh air, playing with the baby... No frills, nothing fancy. Just life. Tomorrow I start whats almost two months of back-to-back programs and I feel so ready. Retreat-YTT-Retreat. It’s all good. The @yogagirlofficial and @island.yoga teams are mega organized and I have everything I need to hold this space. I normally feel stressed before a long period of groups but not this time. @dennisfromsalad has an Iron Man in the middle of it and I feel fully relaxed about that, too (last year with nursing baby and no sleep it was so hard). But! We are good. Baby is full of sunshine, every day. Right now... I can handle everything life has given me. Let’s see about tomorrow!?? ⁣
