My dear friends and fans in Russia - you can now watch the movie ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’ (“Примадонна») in Russian in cinemas across our country. It’s one of my favorite movies, and I am sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! It’s hilarious, and yet at the same time tragic... I’m playing the role of opera diva Lily Pons in the movie. In this scene Florence Foster Jenkins comes to Lily Pons’ concert at Carnegie Hall and decides that she can’t imagine her life without music and singing anymore.
