‪The only constant in life is change... so if it’s time to cocoon then rest and take time to transform but if it’s time to fly then, my beautiful monarchs, let no one and nothing hold you back.... ??‬ immediately after my morning meditation this thought popped into my head so I thought I would share and also meditating is such a cool way to get to know your mind and how it works... I recommend an app called Headspace... this is not an add just something that’s really really helped me in the past and has also been helping me through my grief and life changes recently... anyway blah blah blah I love y’all and I hope you have a transformative day!!
