My friend @olivertrevena tore his MCL so couldn’t compete in a charity boot camp and asked me to sub in for his charity “not for sale” an organization that does incredible work trying to prevent human trafficking . A noble cause so I said yes. Little did I know I would be competing with and against the fittest humans I’ve ever seen. As you can see in this vid I am falling apart in the penultimate event. I am now at home with an ice pack on a very sore finger from trying to bare crawl at 42. And feeling quite sick. So this effort was not in vain check out NOT FOR SALE and the incredible work they do.
