Chicken the declawed cat is being introduced to the syringe before she gets her Gabapentin.

Chicken was declawed in June by a vet in Ohio and has been walking on her wrists, limping, standing up with her paws up, and laying in her food to eat ever since. ??
This is what the declawing vet at Stringtown Animal Hospital said on September 17 about Chicken's problems, "Discussed that current illness does not appear in timing or exam to be related to declaw. Discussed we have seen other kitties recently with high fever and pain. We suspect there is a viral infection in the area." ?????
Please don't be mean to anyone involved with this story. When you are mean, it hurts the cause, it's wrong, and it often hurts me.
Remember it's rare that a cat owner comes forward and tells their story like this to help this important cause. This is happening to hundreds of cats each DAY in America and it needs to end! ?

My mom is paying for Chicken's medical care and medications because the cat owner can't afford to.
Soon my nonprofit will be approved and we intend to do a lot of big campaigns to educate the public about declawing and to help declawed cats like Chicken.❤️#pawsneedclaws
