Tibetan prostration prayer has to be the hardest form of worship. Tibetan nuns perform the kora, or circumambulation, prostrating themselves around the Dzochen Monastery in Dege. The most devout will prostrate themselves hundreds of miles during a long pilgrimage. Dzochen is a major pilgrimage site of eastern Tibet. #prostration #Tibetanbuddhism #tibettravel
