About a month ago, a team of Canadians ?? travelled to the 2018 World Championships. I was honoured to be part of that team alongside: @アラーナ・イップ @allisonvest @germain_coquin @becca_frangos @bronwenkarnis @jason.holowach @lucasuchida and @seblazure (alphabetical order ?). This was the first time the Canadian team was funded by our federation which marks a significant step forward towards where our sport needs to be in Canada.

Our support staff at the event was made up of @head.wilson @jeffy2160 and @lenlenlemon ; they made it easier for all the athletes to do what they needed to do, compete. Len, our team Physio, was especially handy whenever we needed anything done including but not limited to work, manipulations or just a brain to pick about mobility!

There were so many elements that have contributed to our new path in high performance climbing, most notably the CEC Board (both current and former members), the High Performance Committee and our title sponsor @mec, thank you for everything you’ve done thus far ?

I could never be more proud standing next to a great group of athletes, paving the way for the future; can’t wait to see the next couple of years in action
