Yesterday was #worldmentalhealthday. I intentionally didn’t post on here, not because I don’t want to spread awareness, but because in my opinion, rather than writing a 6 paragraph caption about mental health and how we should try and deal with it - I felt it best for me to take the time to actually care for my own mental health, practice what you preach and all that. I spent my day focusing on positives, surrounded by people I love and that support me in the life I choose to lead. Sometimes saying nothing, actually says everything ? However I did post some quotes on my story if you want to screenshot them to look back at if you ever need a little pick me up ☺️ And here’s a totally unrelated photo of me in a bikini on a boat for you because I’m not letting go of summer yet. ??
