For me,
this is a personal challenge.
It’s not for fame or money.
It’s to see what I have inside me.
Maybe it’s nothing.
Maybe I’m wrong.
Maybe there is nothing worth watching -
but
I hope there is.
I’ve always wanted to dance
Ever since someone told me I couldn’t -
some rotten kid at school.
It’s funny how something’s stick to you.
I want to break through

I am stronger than words.
I will win this war
inside me.
And,
I hope people realize
everyone on this show works incredibly hard.
I have so much respect for all who take this on.
Dancers work so hard.
And
to attempt to learn a lifetime of training
in just one week is crazy -
It takes a lot of work, faith and desire... The pro and the amateur.
The choreography
and the rehearsals.
The frustration.
The different levels of ability and confidence.
It’s not as easy as it looks.
