I’ve been very vocal about living with a variety of mental health challenges. I choose to write about them for @groknation and to share very openly about them on YouTube. I’ve been inspired and supported by @namicommunicate, which is a great resource for information and support if you know someone with mental health issues. I’ve also been inspired by my friend @ウィル・ウィトン to be #stigmafree and to support others in the public eye who bravely share about how mental health challenges do not discriminate. My family has been touched and affected by every diagnosis there is. We need to support each other to get help and find support. Sending you all strength and hope today and always. ?
