Our very first fundraising event for @saeducationfund was a hit! Despite the rain and cold, we had a packed yard, amazing music from @lanzprojects, and we raised over $6,600 for new classrooms in Namibia! So grateful for the support of friends and all who showed up. This event was the vision of @danahrichardson, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to throw a baller party and raise a bunch of money for causes she believes in, all while making sure everyone is having the best time and has everything they need. So grateful for your heart of gold dear friend. Thanks Tim and @emilywesthusing for letting us party in your killer backyard, complete with fire pits and totally real candle lanterns! @cocktailcaravanco brought the party to life with their awesome setup and lovely drinks to keep everyone happy and hydrated. @boulderlifestyle set us up with yummy @japangoboulder and @curedboulder spreads. Thanks to @illegalpetes, @wahoosfishtaco, @hazelsbeverageworld for filling our bellies. And @movementboulder and @lasportivana loaned us tents to keep everyone dry. Our community rocks and I'm forever grateful, as are 800 kids in Namibia who are a step closer to new classrooms! Thanks @lizzyasher for the photo, since I took zero :)
