I have talked about my love for cooking many times. I get SO much joy from finding a delicious looking recipe, shopping for all of the ingredients and then cooking myself a nutritious meal (for myself and also for Indie). I have always tried to buy organic because it is grown naturally - the way that it's intended & in healthy soil, which means it's much better for you. I also notice a huge difference in the taste of organic food. I hate the idea of ingesting chemicals and pesticides (especially when it comes to feeding the family), so organic food has always made me feel much safer too. Some of my favourites to cook with are tomatoes, sweet potatoes and apples just to name a few.
