I am not normally the type of person to post about injuries/operations, however I feel it is important to let everyone know what is going on in my career right now.

As you all know six months ago I rolled my ankle at the World Cup in Birmingham. Not many people know but I had ligament reconstruction surgery a few weeks later and I have been rehabbing since. Something just didn’t feel right in my ankle still, I had further scans and the decision was made to go in for surgery again. Obviously I was gutted, however the good news is the surgery was only to remove scar tissue that had built up in the back of my ankle. I am currently at Lilleshall working closely with British Gymnastics, English Institute of Sport and my club South Essex to get back to doing what I love, and back competing as quick as possible.
