My Anchor. My therapy. #IronParadise
For every location I film at, I bring my traveling circus (over 50,000lbs of iron) so I can train at all hours of the night without being disturbed with cameras and a gym frenzy of people.
It’s a crazy conceit when you think about it, but it’s a necessity for me that serves as my calm, peace & balance in my otherwise frenetic and wildly busy life.
Now it sure as hell, doesn’t have to be this traveling iron circus of freaks, but I do encourage you to do your best to identify your anchor - and then protect it.
