I wanted to caption this some adorable autumn infused quote but to be frank, I’m not in the mood.
to start - yes I am more than okay (thanks fam for the recent concern with the obvious work load, but despite the pressure, I’ve been having lots of fun?) that said, while I feel my feet aimlessly stumble down some sort of mysterious life trajectory that has already left me many times dumbfounded, surprised and ultimately grateful - it’s important to note that making a few fumbles doesn’t mean your world is crumbling. The whole world is expanding and changing, each shift in gears bound to leave our chests as tight as our knuckles as we hold on to what’s safe in favour of the unknown and uncomfortable - but I have the sneaking suspicion that if we can learn to let go, once the leaves have fallen and the dust has settled, we’ll all land in places and spaces better than we could have ever originally anticipated.
In the meantime, do what you can appreciate the process - dance in the rain, sing in the shower, turn your lemons into a lemon loaf to go with your morning coffee and hang in there ?
